BMA Enamopoxy Economic is a high-performance, two-component solvent-based epoxy coating designed for the protection and finishing of concrete and metal surfaces. It provides excellent resistance to abrasion, impact, chemicals, salt water, corrosion, and mechanical wear, making it suitable for demanding industrial and commercial applications.

BMA Enamopoxy Economic is supplied as a two-component system and must be mixed with BMA-HPE800 Hardener before application.

Mixing Ratio:
25% BMA-HPE800 Hardener by volume

Allow approximately 30 minutes induction time after mixing before application.

Pot Life: Approximately 2 hours.

For best performance, apply on a clean, dry, and properly prepared surface.

Recommended Coats: 2 coats
Application Temperature: 5°C – 35°C
Maximum Relative Humidity: 85%

• Recoat Time: 10–24 hours

• Full Cure: Approx. 7 days

Thinning

• Brush / Roller: Maximum 10–15%

• Spray Application: 15–20%

• Recommended Thinner: BMA Epoxy Thinner or BMA Thinner 050

Coverage

Approximate theoretical coverage: 14.2 m²/L at 40 micron dry film thickness, depending on surface condition and application method.
