BMA Roof Coating

A flexible, water-based coating that protects roofs against water leaks, sunlight, and harsh weather. Suitable for concrete roofs, clay and concrete tiles, and cement-based façades.

Main Features

• Waterproof and weather-resistant.

• Protects against UV rays and reflects sunlight.

• Highly flexible, with elasticity up to 800%.

• Resists dirt, fungi, and algae.

Application
Apply 3 coats using a brush or roller on a clean, dry surface. Repair cracks before application.

Dilute with water:

• First coat: 80–100%.

• Second coat: 30–40%.

• Third coat: 0–10%.

Allow 8–24 hours between coats. Apply at 10–35°C, with no rain forecast for at least one week after application.

Coverage: Approximately 2.1–2.63 m² per liter at 200 microns dry film thickness; this is not the coverage of the complete three-coat system.

Drying: Touch dry in 2 hours. Fully cured in 7–14 days.

Colors: White and brick red.
Packaging: Gallon and pail.
