Product Description

weberbloc fix is a ready-mixed cement-based mortar designed for laying regular and hollow concrete blocks, bricks, and stones, as well as filling gaps between concrete and brickwork. It is formulated with cement, graded sand, and selected additives to provide improved workability, adhesion, and water retention. Only the addition of clean water is required before use.

Mixing

Mix mechanically at low speed until a smooth, homogeneous mortar is obtained. Mix one 50 kg bag with approximately 7–8 liters of clean, cool water. Do not add excessive water.

Application

The substrate must be clean, solid, and free from dust, oil, grease, and loose material. In hot weather, lightly dampen the receiving surface before application.

Apply the mortar to the blocks using a trowel, position the block firmly to ensure proper contact, check alignment and level, and remove excess mortar before it hardens.

Curing

Protect newly applied mortar from strong sunlight and wind. Cure with water for at least 3 days, spraying approximately 3–4 times per day.

Storage

Store in the original unopened packaging, under cover and in dry conditions, protected from moisture, extreme temperatures, and direct sunlight.

Limitations

• Not suitable for bonding fresh concrete to existing concrete.

• Not intended for tile fixing.

• Do not apply on frozen or excessively hot substrates. 

Safety

Contains cement. Avoid breathing dust and contact with skin or eyes. Wear suitable gloves, eye protection, and respiratory protection during mixing and application. The product is non-flammable.
