Non-Metallic, Non-Shrink Fiber-Reinforced Repair Mortar

Product Description

weberep ST is a ready-to-use cementitious repair mortar formulated with selected sand, special cement, synthetic fibers, and additives. It provides high strength, strong adhesion, non-shrink performance, and good compactness, making it suitable for structural concrete repair applications.

Surface Preparation

Remove all damaged or weak concrete, laitance, dust, grease, oil, and loose material. Corroded reinforcement should be cleaned thoroughly to remove rust.

Saturate the substrate with clean water before application.

Mixing

Mix one 25 kg bag with approximately 3.5–4 liters of clean water until a smooth and homogeneous paste is obtained.

Do not add extra water after mixing.

Application

weberep ST can be applied:

• Manually with a trowel

• By wet or dry spraying

• By pumping

Use the mixed mortar within approximately 1 hour.

For thicknesses above 50 mm, apply the product in two layers and roughen the first layer to improve adhesion of the following coat.

Curing

Protect and cure the repaired surface for approximately 3 days using water curing, a suitable curing compound, or properly secured plastic sheeting.

Recommended Application Temperature: +5°C to +35°C.

Safety

Contains cement. Avoid inhaling dust and avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wear suitable gloves, eye protection, and respiratory protection during mixing and application.

The product is non-flammable.
